No. As the premier transportation service provider in New York, we offer our transportation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We suggest reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability. Any trips cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 75% of the original service fee.

Yes, you may reserve a child safety seat. Each of our vehicles is equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child seat. If you require one of our child safety seats, please contact us prior to the date of your transportation.

Although Dynamic is not responsible for any items that are lost or theft during out transportation process we do understand things sometimes get left behind and we will try help locate any lost items. Please contact us immediately if this type of issue arises.

At Dynamic, we respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will use your information only to confirm your reservation and/or for questions regarding your service experience. With your permission, we may also contact you regarding Executive news, specials, and promotions. We will never sell your information to anyone.

In the event that a passenger has a bio-hazard incident (ie: vomiting, chemical spill, etc.) there is a $150 cleaning fee that will be charged.

Airline Transfers

Airport security can increase without notice. To ensure you make your flight, we follow the Department of Aviation guidelines for airport arrival times. We also account for delays due to weather and/or heavy traffic.

We monitor all flights arriving at all airports. ****As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time.***** You do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight).

Of course! Our chauffeurs are always happy to assist with loading and unloading your luggage and other items and bringing them right to your door. This is part of our luxury door to door service we provide with every transport.

Yes, for an Additional Fee* our driver can meet the passenger within the airport making it easier to recognize as well as help you with any baggage.

Rates and Billing

Any cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged 75% cancellation fee. Any refunds will be made in the form of store credit. We understand things happen and you are free to talk to our customer service at any time for additional information on cancellations.

All major credits card including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

No but we do require your number and email to send your reservation confirmation as well as any details necessary to ensure your trip goes as smoothly as possible. You need a valid credit card to guarantee your trip.

Contact us or ask the day of your trip and an email receipt will be sent.

We do not process credit card transactions in our vehicles, so credit card transactions are posted after our Accounting Department closes out your trip. Processing generally takes about three days.

Your rate quote is based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges can result from changes to your service during your trip, such as extra stops, waiting time, or extending the duration of your charter. If you do not feel that you had any additional services, please contact us to review your charges.
